By accessing or using PodPortals ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
PodPortals provides podcast hosts with tools to manage guest bookings, episode production, promotion campaigns, and related workflows. The Service includes web-based dashboards, public booking pages, guest intake forms, and integration with third-party calendar and media services.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited communications or spam; upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content; attempt to access other users' accounts or data; interfere with the operation of the Service; or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant PodPortals a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, and Google Drive. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. PodPortals is not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." PodPortals makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodPortals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate your account at any time. PodPortals reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
PodPortals may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
